A massive thank you to everyone who helped with the flowers we used in Tideswell Church for our Flowers and Angels Exhibition during Wakes Week. We couldn’t have managed it without help from our flower arrangers, their friends, people who let us use flowers from their gardens and the pupils from our local schools who contributed a fabulous buttercup and daisy art installation and amazing jam jars packed with flowers grown locally. Thanks to Simon White, Gillian White and Paul Black for their valuable input.
Thanks are also due to all those who helped with the distribution, construction and installation of the paper angels. Significant numbers of visitors viewed the display and their response seemed overwhelmingly positive.
