Keith, Elaine and Stephen would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards, donations and kind words of sympathy received in memory of Beryl. Thanks to staff, doctors and nurses at Tideswell Surgery and special thanks to social services and the carers for the kindness and dedication they gave to Beryl over the past 12 months.
