About the Village Voice

The Village Voice is the newsletter of the Derbyshire village of Tideswell. Founded, as a single side of A4 in 1993, it has grown in size and complexity to a high quality printed A5 booklet with upwards of 30 pages.

The re-launch of the Village Voice is on the 31st anniversary of our first humble edition.  The Village Voice is available in a number of formats:

  • a printed version that is hand delivered to homes in Tideswell, Litton, Great and Little Hucklow and Cressbrook, and available in local shops. We print around 1400 copies quarterly and a team of volunteers deliver them:
  • via this website;
  • you can also subscribe to a digital version of the Village Voice;
  • and you can follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

Articles are welcome from residents and and readers further afield.  You can email them to news@tideswellvillagevoice.co.uk or submit them via this website.
