The support we receive from organisations across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales, both food and financial, has meant that we can do more to help people out of poverty. That’s what our Zink Employability project is about. Having found work for 24 long term unemployed people in the last year atrelatively little cost, Zink has been selected to deliver a European SocialFunded programme from next year. This means we can do more to prevent peopleneeding to use a foodbank. Food we need this month: Toilet rolls, tinned vegetables, dried potatoes, vacuum packed beetroot, UHT milk, dried one serving meals (Vesta, Pot Noodle etc.).There is a box at theback of St John’s Parish Church, Tideswell, for donations of non-perishablefood or toiletries. Cash donations can be made via our website: www.highpeakfoodbank.co.uk.
Best wishes and thanks again for your support
