Tideswell Tai Chi takes place every Tuesday, 5.30pm – 6.30pm, in the Community Hall, Church Lane.

Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages. It’s good for people with back and joint problems, as well as maintaining balance and strength. The slow, formal movements are very meditative and a great way of reducing stress. You need no special equipment – just comfortable shoes and clothes. Do join us.
