Good Friday this year is on 14th April, and at 10 a.m. St John’s Church will again be holding a short children’s ‘service’, involving a variety of activities as the Easter story unfolds – finishing with juice and hot cross buns. Children of all ages are welcome. Details will be given out at our local schools, and we ask that if a child comes unaccompanied, they have written parental permission. This is a fun way of focussing on the last week of Jesus’ life, ending of course with the wonderful event on the first Easter Day.
