The hanging basket competition was judged on the 18th July and the judge commented that the standard gets better each year. Below are the results from the 11 entrants.
Winner – the bowling club (all Roy Bradwell’s doing)
2nd Blossom House , Buxton Road
3rd Lawson House, Queen Street and highly commended Stone Cottage, Queen Street.
