Remarks
Another very wet month despite the dry third week. A cold month but marginally less cold than April 2012. The month saw the highest number of days with sleet/snow falling that I have recorded in any April but there was no significant snow on the ground. Despite the wet and cool nature of the month the sunshine was bang on the average.
