Members met for their May business meeting, and discussed the newest plans for the FASHION SHOW in aid of the Thomas Theyer Foundation. the Show will take place at the Cavendish Golf Club, Buxton. Thurs 26th May, tickets £6 from Elaine on 01663734679 or Chris on 01298 77568.
The stall at Buxton’s May day fair raised £175 for Mary’s Meals, the charity for children in the third world.
Members sold scarves and gave out information sheets, despite the dreadful weather. In July a Car Treasure Hunt will raise funds for Soroptimist charities.
