HIDDEN GEMS OF TIDESWELL CHURCH AND TUESDAY OCCASIONAL CHOIR
The Choir will perform some ‘West Gallery’ hymns to give a flavour of how music in the Church might have sounded in the nineteenth century. During the interval some temperance cordials will be available as well as the more usual refreshments. The second part of the evening will involve a re-run of the ‘Hidden Gems of Tideswell Church’ show with commentary and music to accompany Bernard O’ Sullivan’s wonderful images of interior details of the building. We will have individuals, with knowledge of specific aspects of the Church, who will be available, after the show, to try to answer any questions regarding the history of the building and its contents.
