A big thank you to everyone who brought their photos to be scanned at our coffee morning on Feb 20th. It was nice to see such support and enthusiasm for our Wakes Week. Also a big thanks to all the people who baked, ate cakes and donated their time and money. Everybody helped to make this event a brilliant success!
Tideswell Wakes Festivities Committee are looking for enthusiastic young ladies and gentlemen to be part of our Wakes Royalty & Retinue for 2016, in our 70th Anniversary year!
Duties will involve attending various events during wakes week and representing Tideswell at other local carnivals of your own choice.

On Easter Sunday 27th March 2016
Starting at 11 a.m. in the church grounds, after the Easter church service there will be a Easter Egg Hunt.
This is a free to enter event provided by Tideswell Wakes Festivities and the church.
There will be 1 egg hunt, to be held in the church grounds with plenty of eggs to be found, plus some golden rabbits.
Parents and children are invited to attend the Easter church service beforehand, which starts at 9.30 a.m. Coffee will be available for both the congregation and egg hunters after the service.
