At the end of last month the Community Association said a very sad farewell to Ray Walker.
Ray was an active member of our committee from 1994 to 2004 and our Chairman for the last four years of this time.
Always cheerfully prepared to give his all to both large projects like the sports complex and the more mundane things like being a 200+ Club collector for many years. Ray was a stalwart.
He was very much a part of Tideswell and along with the many friends that he made here during his time living amongst us we will sadly miss him.
We send our sympathy and thoughts to Julia.
