Breathe, Love, Let go

What would it feel like to bring this intention into your everyday life? The simple act of bringing awareness to the breath brings us into the present moment, to a place of stillness and peace. Being kind to ourselves, not pushing or striving, we are able to let go of all that no longer serves us well in our life.

These three simple steps are the cornerstones of yoga practice.

A new yoga class on Tuesday evenings commences April 29th 2014, time 10-11.30 am. First three weeks will be drop-in classes, followed by block booking in June, if there is sufficient interest. This class is suitable for all abilities.

Are you interested in improving your strength and balance, learn to relax and have fun too, then come along and join us in our Friday afternoon class (part seated, part standing).
