On Saturday 21 December, Albion, the choir from Sheffield, will be performing at St John’s church, with a range of carols from the British Isles. This atmospheric, candle-lit performance promises to be a wonderful addition to our Christmas celebrations – there will even be a chance to join in with the performance of one of the carols!
Starting at 19.30, tickets are £8.00 (£5.00 for under 18s and concessions) and soft drinks and wine (mulled and not) will be available beforehand and during the interval. Albion performed at the Food Festival, so you may have heard them – it should be a super show.
If you can’t wait then you might like to listen to their Christmas record in the meantime: www.albionchoir.bandcamp.com
