Tideswell Cinema has a packed programme of Live Arts performances this autumn, with two this month. On Tuesday 17th September, The Royal Opera House’s production of Puccini’s final opera, Turandot, will be screened. Including the much loved and beautiful Nessun Dorma, this opera, set in Ancient China, is described as a ‘glorious pageant of rich colour, dance and drama’. On 26th September, Othello will be screened live from The National Theatre. Starring Adrian Lester and Rory Kinnear, this brilliant production is set in a modern day military compound.
