Tideswell therapist, Helen Almond, has started to offer Reflexology and Indian Head Massage at her Tideswell treatment room.
Reflexology uses gentle pressure applied to the feet for relaxation and healing, whilst Indian Head Massage is undertaken fully clothed and seated and involves head and shoulder massage aiding relaxation and reducing tension.
