SEVEN SAMURAI (PG)
A classic black and white Japanese movie made in 1954, which has been hailed as one of the greatest masterpieces of film-making. Starring Toshiro Mifune, Takashi Shimura and directed by Akira Kurosawa.

Cressbrook Film Club has a 4 metre screen, 5.1 surround sound, really comfy seats, the bar is open for refreshments before and after the film and there’s a warm welcome for everyone – old and new members and guests. Doors open at 7.30pm, film starts at 8pm and lasts 190mins.
Friday 15th March 8pm

Sheen plays an eye-surgeon with a comfortable Californian life who flies to France to collect the ashes of his wayward elder son, played by Estevez, killed in the Pyrenees during a storm while walking el Camino de Santiago, a famous Spanish pilgrims route.
