In 12 days we’ll open the doors to Christmas at Chatsworth: A Christmas Feast (9 November – 5 January).
This year’s experience has been inspired by a new festive story, Henry and the Lion’s Christmas Feast, a collaboration with former Children’s Laureate Joseph Coelho OBE.
Follow young scientist Henry Cavendish, Chatsworth’s legendary Lion, and a mischievous menace of mice on a journey through more than 20 rooms filled with Christmas magic and wonder in search of a magnificent Christmas feast.
Our Christmas Market also opens on 9 November (until 1 December). Featuring gifts, decorations, live music, and seasonal food and drink, it’s the perfect place to get into the festive spirit while supporting British makers and small businesses, many of which are locally based.

We’re delighted to be able to release a limited number of Christmas in the Garden tickets after a positive review of ground conditions. Tickets provide entry to the garden, farmyard and playground, and include a new light trail and projection on the house.
