Tideswell Community Orchard is looking for Tideswell recipes for all things fruity; pies, crumbles, jams & jellies. We want to put together a “TidzaOrchard Recipe Book”, so please send us your old (or new) family favourites, and tell us the stories behind your recipes. Tideswell Community orchard has many old, traditional, Derbyshire & Yorkshire varieties of fruit trees. We also have “children’s favourite” apple trees, so send us your children’s recipes too. The recipe book will make the perfect Christmas present so don’t forget apple and plum brandy & liqueurs recipes.
