The Parish Council own a small garage on Queen Street which is shortly available to be rented.
The Parish Council are inviting detailed expressions of interest in renting the area.
Please note that the garage that is in place at the moment is not fit for purpose and we are asking for this to be considered in the details of your expression of interest.
For example would you be prepared to remove and rebuild a garage?
Would you remove and leave as hard standing for parking.
