I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to the screening of He Named Me Malala on 5th July and donated money to the fund. It was an extremely successful evening and a very inspirational film. Overall, I have raised £193.80 which will be going straight to the Malala Fund to help girls who live in countries where they aren’t entitled to get an education, to receive one.
I would also like to say a massive thank you to the Cinema Club for hosting the evening letting me use their equipment and to Paul for doing the projection. Also to the George for letting me use the room.
