Tideswell Lunch Club has had another successful year finishing with an excellent Christmas lunch in December. A large variety of home cooked dishes have been enjoyed by the members along with plenty of chat. New members are always welcome and can be picked up if required.
We have lost some valued volunteers through poor health or moving away and we are looking for a few new ones. There is no need to be cordon bleu cooks. We need volunteers who could pick up members who are unable to get to lunch themselves and who could also lend a hand to put up tables. We also need some willing hands to help with dish washing and general clearing-up. Lunch Club takes place once a fortnight on Wednesdays. We have three teams so we only work once every six weeks. Not too onerous?
