A special thanks to our family friend Dave Wain for the heartfelt eulogy. The words spoken were perfect and summed Anne up perfectly. The upmost respect shown to Anne as the funeral procession went past Holdsworth’s was a special and touching moment that will stay with all of us. The amount of cards, gifts and flowers sent to Anne during her illness was very much appreciated. The cards received to all three of us since Anne’s passing has been literally overwhelming, the kind words and messages that people took the time to write really shows how well thought of Anne was and how much she will be missed. To every person who came to see Anne in Calow or at home up on Monksdale, thank you, the love shown was truly touching. We cannot name everyone personally but the continued support given to us by all of our family, friends and neighbours is amazing. To know that we are surrounded by such fantastic people is such a help in this time of sadness.
The Donations received in memory of Anne which are going to Macmillan Cancer Support is in excess of £1,800.00. Thanks to each and every person that donated towards this wonderful charity. Loved Dearly, Missed Forever…. R.I.P Mrs Hollis Stuart, Sarah and Freda.
