We would like to thank all who sponsored us for the Mayday Trek in aid of Christian Aid. We think we may have been the oldest to choose the 16 (or was it 17?) mile option. It was a thoroughly enjoyable walk over quite a challenging route but the weather was perfect. Our dog, Cassie, spent Tuesday recovering but unfortunately being retired we didn’t have that luxury! Through your generosity we raised £332 which was wonderful. We hope to do it again next Mayday! Once more, many thanks – we believe the money brings hope and encouragement to many less fortunate people.
