Thanks to everyone who donated towards our laptop fund. We have raised the required £500 so will soon be able to offer our clients more help to resolve the issues they have.
If you would like to donate any items this month we would particularly appreciate tinned meat (eg: corned beef, pies, ham), tinned vegetables, dried rice and powdered baby milk.
Finally, High Peak Foodbank has been awarded European Social funding to run a Work and Skills programme for unemployed people. Participants will benefit from one to one job-search coaching alongside learning new skills and gaining experience.
There is a box at the back of St John’s Parish Church, Tideswell, for any donations of non-perishable food or toiletries.
