The nights are now drawing in, the days are cooling down and The Community Association is already planning Christmas.
Elsewhere in this issue, there is news about their Community Christmas Card. A specially printed card, that will be distributed to all houses in December and for a fiver you can have your name included. This is a great way of spreading Christmas cheer, saving you the long trudge round the village and helping the Community Association raise money.
The Village Voice is on the hunt for a new editor. I’ve been doing the job, this time round, since 2009 and it’s time a fresh pair of eyes took over. Full training and support given. Someone with a keen eye for words and who can work their way round a computer would be ideal. Do make contact. Commitment? About half a day a month.
