Tideswell Surgery are holding a drop-in clinic for those eligible for Flu Jabs on Saturday 18th October, 2014 between 10.00am- 1.00pm at St Johns Institute, behind the Church in Tideswell.
You do not need an appointment, and we will not be offering appointments at the Surgery until after the 18th October, 2014 so please come along and get vaccinated early. There will be Nurses and Doctors available during the times so you will not have a long wait.
Please let the Clinician know if you are allergic to eggs before the immunisation.
The flu vaccination is available to all patients who fall into the NHS Flu Immunisation Programme, which includes over 65 year olds and people with chronic disease.
