Flagg Nursery School children had a fantastic time with their very own enterprise project. All the children participated in choosing a product, making and then selling their produce at our ‘Strawberry Fayre’.
It was decided that we would make lavender perfumed bath bombs! After a couple of practice starts, the children soon became experts and the ‘production line’ was able to create many perfect examples to be packaged and sold.
Staff and Governors would like to thank all who donated to and helped at this year’s Strawberry Fayre. We raised a massive £2491.00 which will help to pay for trips, visitors and additional resources.
We all had a marvellous time at our recent sports day. Children competed in all kids of fun events including the obligatory egg and spoon race. Parents cheered as children ran ‘faster than lightening’ toward the finishing line. Flagg Nursery School would like to thank all at Knotlow Farm, who very kindly allowed us to use their field.
