This year at Flagg Nursery School we have had a fantastic time studying our natural environment.
We have grown daffodils for Marie Curie Cancer Care, and we’ve had visits from Living Eggs, Mr Wheeldon’s lambs and Animal Magic. We have watched our caterpillars turn into beautiful butterflies, and have loved walking up the village for the Forest Schools sessions.

Our annual summer fundraiser, the ‘Strawberry Fayre’, will this year be held on Saturday 14th June from 2-4pm at the Nursery School, Main Road, Flagg. Attractions will include stalls, face painting, raffle, tombola, and of course our fantastic homemade scones with fresh strawberries and cream! This event is suitable for all ages. Fingers crossed for sunshine.
Flagg Nursery School is a Local Authority school and rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Our children attend many local primary schools including Monyash, Taddington, Bakewell, Earl Sterndale, Tideswell, Litton, Youlgrave, Great Longstone, Pilsley, Hartington and Buxton.
