Bursting at the seams we are this month, not just with news items but with new and exciting events coming up in the village.
First we have the Food festival, in it’s forth year and bigger and better that ever.
Next up is Wakes, packed to the gunnels with activities for all, including the Vintage ~day on Sunday 22nd with the L’Eroica cycling event arriving during the morning, and a selection of vintage vehicles and of course that fabulous Spitfire fly past.
Just six days it’s the Hurricane’s turn to help us celebrate Carnival day. What a week that’s going to be.
And to cap all that off, the news that during September, Tideswell Art Festival will entertain us with a variety of musical events in the church and beyond – there’s even rumour of a fringe festival being organised.
What a place we live in. I’m exhausted just writing it!
