Over the last couple of months The Village Voice has followed the tale of some residents who had received Land Registry notices. Those that disrupted the claim have had mixed results. As we heard last month The Mitson’s were unsuccessful but others, who disputed the notices, have had their own rights confirmed in letters from the Land Registry.
The Village Voice did write to the Estate Office at Chatsworth seeking the Duke’s comments but, despite an assurance of a response, nothing has been received as we go to press.
