A big thank you to all the Groups, clubs and associations who took part in the tree decorating competition.
This was the first year we ran this event and feel it was a great success. We hope to, as always, go bigger in 2017 and hope that you all start thinking now about how your club, group or association could decorate a tree to represent what you do. In early autumn we will be asking groups to register and they will again be allocated the tree. I’m sure Christmas is this last thing you want to think about in January, but time does fly and you’ll be decorating trees again before you know it!
The independent judge has awarded the 3 prizes to the following groups; 1st place to Tidza Ramblers The 2 x 2nd place prizes have been awarded to TDCA and Tideswell Library.
Thank you to all who took part and we look forward to doing it all again at the end of the year.
