High Peak Foodbank News

Thank you to everyone in the Tideswell area for supporting High Peak Foodbank with food and money donations; this month we particularly need tinned meat, tinned meat pies, tinned vegetables, UHT milk, Christmas items.

Last month we launched RISE, an employability programme for people recovering from addictions or their family members. Funded by a Derbyshire County Council grant, it sits alongside our Work and Skills Programme for people who are unemployed long-term which has achieved some great successes.

We hold open days on the first Monday of every month at 4pm for anyone interested in visiting the foodbank to find out more about our services – please book on 01298 214926 or email paul.highpeakfoodbank@gmail.com.

There is a box at the back of St John’s Parish Church, Tideswell, for non-perishable food or toiletries.
Best wishes and thanks again for the tremendous support you give.
