With the Christmas season fast approaching, Tideswell Cinema has chosen a big film to brighten things up!
It is the latest James Bond blockbuster, ‘SKYFALL’, starring Daniel Craig and Judi Dench in what many think is the best James Bond ever. It will be shown on Thursday 12th December at 19.00 upstairs at The George. Members are asked to take their seats by 19.15, so we know what space there will be for guests, who are welcome at a cost of £4.75.
On Saturday 11th January, we are planning a Double Bill at The George, with a meal between, from c. 16.00. Booking will be essential so that meals can be pre-ordered. The second screening of the National Theatre’s production of ‘Frankenstein’, this time featuring Jonny Lee Miller as Victor Frankenstein and Benedict Cumberbatch as his creation, is on Tuesday evening 3rd December. Phone Jacqueline on 01298 872993 to check availability of tickets.
